This Natural Reservation Park and beach is set in a pine-clad cove with a fine white sandy beach and clear waters only 2 km from Cala d'Or. Nearby parking facilities. Popular Beach-Bar and Restaurant, also open in the evening and sometimes with live music on Fridays or Saturdays during high-season. Remember to make your reservation. Excellent for diving and snorkeling. Guests favorite ! Leaving Cala Sanau heading south you can walk to beautiful Cala Mitjana shaded by pine trees or the cave Cova des Moro.

Two fine sandy beaches: S'Amarador, which is adjacent to a car park flanked by rocky pine-clad slopes and packed with loungers; there are snack bars and restaurant. The unspoilt Mondrago Beach reached by a low path that curves round a rocky coastline is over 220 yards wide and 75 yards deep and backed by small dunes, pine forests and marshland. Fantastic in the early morning or late afternoon. There is a large car park a short stroll from the beach.

The Felanitx coastline has very many unspoiled heavenly coves of exceptional beauty.
One of the most extensive is Cala Marsal which has every type of amenity. Parking facities and nice bars and restaurants nearby.

Child friendly. S'Arenal, close by the lighthouse, is smaller and with a very nice restaurant.
The remainder of its coves, of difficult access, may be reached by boats which make the trip from the Port.

You would head toward Cala Sanau and on the way there are directions towards Cala Mitjana. Remember to bring some drinks and food as there are no services by Cala Mitjana.

AMANDELBLOESEM : Als u de meest spectaculaire combinatie van kleuren met de stralend witte bloesem van de amandelboomgaarden wilt zien, dan moet u zeker naar Mallorca komen voor de amandelbloesem. De amandelbomen staan in bloei vanaf januari tot begin maart. In die periode kunt u genieten van de valleien tussen Palma en Soller tijdens een tocht met de comfortabele Ferrocarril de Soller en geniet okk daar van de bloesem die zo wit als vers gavallen sneeuw. Er wordt gezegd dat er vier miljoen bomen op het eiland staan, naar verluidt geplant door een Arabische koning voor zijn Scandinavische geliefde die haar besneeuwde vaderland miste.
